Konflikte mit Bezugspersonen
Wie sich Konflikte mit Familien und Bezugspersonen proaktiv lösen lassen

Familien und Bezugspersonen von Intensivpatient*innen tragen maßgeblich zur Genesung bei, können jedoch auch herausfordernd sein. Eine familienzentrierte Pflege verbessert das Wohlbefinden von Patient*innen, erfordert jedoch klare Kommunikation und systematische Einbindung mit den Bezugspersonen. Der proaktive Ansatz zielt darauf ab, Konflikte durch gezielte Einbindung und empathische Kommunikation zu vermeiden.
